Hi, my name is Jay. I trained as a painter/decorator at the City and Guilds Academy in Dartford, London and then worked assisting my teacher for a while after that. Paint Pot has been running for over 5 years now, with a lot of happy and often returning clients.

I am well known for working in a clean and tidy manner, with a good eye for detail and precision. I can readily work on my own or, if there are bigger jobs can work out a small team, especially if deadlines are needed to be met. Our painting and decorating service is based in Farnham, Surrey, but we are always happy to travel further afield for work. We have a strong varied skill set so, whether it is repairing, wallpapering and painting walls, freshening up woodwork, creating painted feature walls, external or internal work, domestic or commercial - we can do it all!

Prep work

Good Paint work and wallpaper hanging starts with good prep! Repairing walls and woodwork, sanding down and levelling out make all the difference with the overall end results.

Woodwork

Whether its skirting, window frames, doors, stairs or cabinets, woodwork is a tough skill to master as often intricate work. Done well, it can freshen up a space perfectly.

Wallpaper

I think the simplest way to make a Big impact in a room, is to wallpaper. But working out how much you need as well as corners, window frames & plug sockets can be tricky! So it's worth getting in a professional.

Painting

We pride ourselves with the quality of our painting, whether it's using designer paints or more budget brands, we take our time to create neat edges, smooth finishes and rich colour.
